July 2010: 500 ml bottle, as De 5 Gaarde Juliane, bought at Superbrugsen, Skødstrup. ABV is 4.9%. Ingredients include "burnt sugar". Amber to copper colour, moderate off-white head. Very moderate aroma, just a hint of caramel. Lagerish flavour, like a Danish Classic with a little extra caramel, but the beer is not very sweet. Quite okay to drink though.

50 cL bottle I picked up in CPH. Served room temperature. Beer is medium amber with big bubbles and a big white head. Almost no aroma, even at this temperature. Beer is slightly sweet but not very flavorful, and hops provide a dryness but no real flavor. Inoffensive at best. Might be more refreshing if it were ice cold.
