Pours an almost black color with a compact dark beige head. Sparse, stringy lacing. The aroma is toasty with malt and a bit of chocolate. Medium-bodied and smooth but not very rich. Lightly smoked, with roasted coffee, malt and light chocolate flavors. The finish is creamy and sweet. Nothing really distinguished about this Stout but it is decent.

Served as a sample at Elevator Brewery. The color was near black with a tan head. The smell was a nice roasted malt. The taste wasn't killed by the nitrogen...the roasted malt character was still in the stout. Mouthfeel was smooth. Drinkability-wise, not bad at all.

This didn't seem like a nitrogen tap at all. A good little stout, and one I'd likely have again.

This is a lesser beer among those at Elevator. The look is half decent as it is quite dark and opaque. The head was fair and did leave some lace effect. The nose is of a smokey malt base. The body is exceedingly thin and watery. The taste, though pleasant enough was quite light and truly lacked real flavor. Not recommended for those liking a tasty, full bodied stout.

Okay, first off, I know the brewmaster Vince Falcone. Since this is his newest venture, the beers here will only get better. I liked the color of it as well as the aroma. The tasted was pretty good, but it is a little bit on the light side for a stout in my opinion.
