This American-Style lager is the fresh alternative to the other light beers. Clean and smooth with a soft malty finish and a hint of green apple tartness. Brewed exclusively with 2-row malted barley, no corn, rice, syrups or other adjuncts.

First time at the Elevator and must say I was impressed. I chose to go with they Flying Hydrant Light and it was premium.
Very smooth on the palate and easy to drink.
The appearance is a yellowish-amber.
Taste leaves a little more to be desired, but light beers aren't typically drank for the flavor.
One of my favoite light beers.

Poured from the tap into a wine style tasting glass.
Appearance- Beer pours light and clear, almost not yellow, tiny bubbles of carbonation rise to the top to form that lovely ring of carbonation.
Smell- Buttered corn again? Smells to be almost exactly the same beer as the Xtra Kolsch. Butterscotch and Stork Reisen please Mrs. Lang. Phenolic as all hell, things like this must by why they say Budweiser is so hard to brew.
Taste- Corn again with a big water and phenolic backbone. This is sourish with not too many redeeming qualities to it. Thank god I saved some of the good stuff to clear my palate at the end of the tasting. This is not fun.
Mouthfeel- Bitter, sour, phenolic, ver light-bodied, and well-carbonated. Astringent.
Drinkability- Below average. This will be a drain pour for me even though I paid for it.
