Served on tap at Bodega in Short North.

A- Cloudy, but not totally opaque yellow/gold. Small white head that doesnt last long. I guess the ABV is effecting this.

S- Lots of banana, apples and other light fruits. Plenty of alcohol that is more typical of a tripel.

T- A bit too strong for a wit. It borders on a tripel, a wit and a hefe. Lots and lots of banana, clove, white pepper, apple and alcohol. While this is a good beer, it is not what I want in a wit.

M- Medium to full body, mild carbonation and very dry.

I wanted a more refreshing, light and easy summer time beer. This one is Imperialized so it is a bit too strong. I dont think this is a style that carries high ABVs very well.
