For me this was one of the best beers at Barley's Mini Real Ale Fest. Im not always impressed with Elevator's stuff but once in a while there will be something that stands out. This is one of those beers.

A- Thick black, the head is small but dense and rich. It fades quicklik, however, and leaves no lace.

S- At first its a wall of cocoa. There is also lots of vanilla, oak, charcoal, whiskey and some alcohol.

T- This is one pleasant beer. Rich cocoa, its powdery and bittersweet. Its matched perfectly with vanilla and oak. Lots more charcoal. Whiskey is there but faint. It lets the chocolate take the wheel most of the time.

M- Dry and powdery. Like cocoa mixed into a beer. The cask makes it smooth as hell. It goes down like rich dark chocolate mousse.
