Pouring dark, I know shocker for a stout. Head is tan. Lacing his nose. Taste is much better that all the previous descriptors. Very coffee flavors hits the palate. Good stout.

I got a bottle of this off the single shelf at my local Giant Eagle. It poured an opaque dark with fizzy tan head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dark fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with roast and plum presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with fizzy carbonation. This bottle was over primed. Overall its s decent beer....would like to try this off the tapper

Enjoyed form the 12 oz bottle in a snifter via Savor Growl in Columbus.
This most excellent stout pours a deep dark muddled brown with a nice head of
off white foam that settles to a thick ring, subtle layer, and showcases some nice light
lacing. Nose of dark fruits, mild coffee, chocolate, and sweet caramel malts. Flavors are
perfect to the nose and exceed with a fantastic array of promised plum notes that are
friendly with the mild mocha and chocolate notes and finely balanced with caramel
and very light hop notes with cream touches and mild char. Very nice mouth feel; medium
light carbonation, medium full body, and a sweet plum and chocolate aftertaste.
A fantastic brew that astounded me with the overall presentation of flavors I have never
thought of together. Excellent.
Cheers
