Brewed on contract for Schmidt's Sausage Haus in German Village this beer is basically a lighter version of the robust Schmidt's Gold. Not nearly as robust in body, nose, or taste it still a drinkable handcrafted beer that goes well with food. Gold color with a small head and bready nose and taste, the watery body gives the sense of a lite beer.
