A: Beautiful dark color. Poured with a medium-sized, off-white head.
S: Light aromas of coffee and cream.
T: Rich, malted flavor. Just a hint of hops. Slight flavors of the alcohol.
M: The big selling point: thick, creamy, a little bit of carbonation and bite from the alcohol.
D: Excellent, due to its creamy complexion. A lovely taste.

This is a seasonal at The Elevator. It is one of the most beautiful beers to look at that I've seen in a while. The amber body seems to be internally lighted and have a glow. The head is off-white, retains well, and laces nicely. The nose appears to be mostly malt. The taste is nicely sweet and gives a nice sense of fullness. The body is just a bit thin. Drinkable and refreshing.
