Sample at the brewpub: Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Spotty lacing. Mild aroma of hops and hay. Light, dry body with a lightly hoppy character. Touches of spice as well. The finish is lightly hoppy and malty. Straightforward light fare.

This is basically a lighter version of the robust Pinch Hit Pilsener . Not nearly as robust in body, nose, or taste it still a drinkable handcrafted beer that would likley go well with food. Light gold color with a small head and bready nose and taste, the watery body does definitely give the sense of a light beer.
