Light honey color with a low and retreating off-white head. Aroma is light, but has some sweet yeast and citrus. Mouthfeel is crisp with moderate carbonation. Flavor is light sweet malt, some citrus, and butterscotch, but nothing major here. No real hops detected. Lacks depth or character. Easy drinking, but no reason to rush back for more.

If nothing else, you got to love the name. The beer pours a pleasant to the eye copper color with the head imperious in size, frothy in its texture and the lace fine covering sheets. Mostly malt in the nose, hints ripe fruit, crisp and clean and a nice nose overall. Malt sweet at the start with the top skinny, finish is quite acidic, the hops spicy and pleasingly crisp to the palate, dry and long lasting aftertaste, would make a fine session beer, if it were available here.

Amber in color with a frothy white head that holds quite well and leaves some very good lace. The aroma is of a sweetish caramel malt and grassy, citrusy hops. The body is medium with a very fine bubbled, moderate carbonation. The mouthfeel is lightly zesty on the tongue. The flavor expresses more hops than the aroma indicates with a good blend of caramel malt & hop flavor right up front, expressing more citrusy hop flavor towards the end, and finishing dryish with a lingering malt and hop note. Fairly well balanced. Very clean. A nice, enjoyable beer. A well-brewed, basic pale ale that has no flaws but seems lacking in overall character.
