Double Dry Hopping American Double Ipa with brown candied sugar.
On the nose malty notes (biscuit) dominated later by intense woody aromas and citrus peel.
When poured, it appears amber in color, but remains clean and releases an abundant, soft and fragrant foam that never disappears completely.
In the mouth, the entrance is rather soft, without trespassing into excessive sweetness.
Citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange peel)
Herbaceous, woody hints.
Full and round body.
Very bitter finish, as well as giving dryness to the beer pervading the tongue and palate.
The incisiveness of the final bitterness, which remains on the tongue for a long time, is the characterizing element (together with the gustatory reflections that the hops used) of this beer and also manages to confuse the alcohol content.
