Winter Pear & Chocolate Doppelbock.
Beautiful dark color, clean, with an ok beige foam.
Malty smell, with some chocolate notes. Pear, very light.
In the taste the pear is more strong, and the texture too.
Chocolate.
The doppelback base beer is very well done, and the beer is, overall, quite pleasant.
Hidden alcohol.
