A: Thick and mildly rocky head, foam clings to the side of the glass, a golden to peach colored beer - 4.25, S: Extremely spicy and subtle hints of clove, yeasty and floral, a slight syrupiness in the nose - 4.50, T: There is a grapefruit like sweetness, green apple provides a good degree of tartness, the alcohol is noticeable but masked quite well, solid hop bitterness it also evident - 4.25, M: Light and medium bodied - 3.75, D: A very drinkable beer, Alain at Peluso (in Montreal) told me this was a mix between a triple and an English Pale Ale - I see elements of each but think the triple has the larger billing, overall a very enjoyable beer - 4.00
