Brewed by Kris Ketcham at Stone Brewing - Liberty Station. Poured from draft into a 16oz stemmed tulip.

Mash – 2-row, pilsner, C-15, Victory
Hops – Magnum, Centennial, Simcoe, Amarillo, El Dorado, Steiner 1210, Mosiac
ABV – 4.94%

Appearance – Bright Golden Yellow
Nose – Dank, Citrus, Tropical fruit, some spice
Taste – Lemon, Pine, Pineapple, Mango, Green and Black Pepper,
Palate – Great lingering bitterness with a slightly malty finish
Overall – Big bursting hops character for a session IPA. Lots of interesting hop flavors come forward from the 7 different varieties of hops in the beer. The DH includes Mosiac and Stiener’s 1210 Lemon drop hop which brings together a fantastic lemon, dank, tropical fruit character.
