Pours a slightly hazy bright golden orange color with golden straw edges and a two finger head that very slowly settles into at thick, lasting ring. Glass is left coated with sheets of soapy lacing. Looks incredible.
Delicate grassy, floral hop aroma with resinous oils, subtle citrus fruit and cracker-y pale malt backbone. Somewhat earthy with hints of pine needle, fresh cut grass and straw. Could use more citrus/tropical fruit but this beer has a decent malt backbone balancing things out with grainy cracker, bread and light fruit.
On the lighter end of medium body with grassy hop bitterness and a subtle perfume like presence. Slightly dry with a decent amount of lingering bitterness. More sweetness than the nose suggests with citrus rind and juicy tropical fruit flavor. Really well balanced with complex hop profile that's not overwhelming or too dry. This is countered by tropical sweetness, light malts, biscuit, bread and light fruit. Subtle alcohol in the finish.
