A 4 - super clear golden with nice white head with great lacing
S 4 - Damn, dank onion and garlic
T 4 - same as smell adding a hint of mint
M 4 - bitter, dank, and a little bit minty. Alc covered. Aftertaste is minty bitterness. Light-medoim mouth feel.
O 4 * I like this Polaris hops variety. Great single hop beer!
