Poured on cask into a tulip glass at The Mint in Bethlehem, PA.

A- pours a golden, straw color with a bit of head that dissipates quickly. Lacing present but nothing insane. Head retention is typical of a cask ale.

S- smells of dead grass, summer straw, subtle hops, and bready malts. A bouquet of deliciousness

T- sweet up front with a bitterness that lingers Has a dry grassy flavor in the middle and a bitter aftertaste on the finish. Awesome. Really awesome.

M- slick on the tongue with no prickles as carbonation is low from the cask conditioned ale. Sweetness detected at first, but then finishes dry like a Zinfandel wine with high amounts of tannins.

O- one of the best IPAs I've had on
Cask...ever...very well balanced with some awesome Amarillo flavor from the dry hop. Definitely get this if you see it as it is a white rhino...

Cheers!
