Poured from the bright tank into an 8oz stemmed glass.
Style – SD Pale Ale
Appearance – A touch of haze with a strawlike color and nice white foam.
Nose – Floral, tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit, grassy, herbal, with
some pine notes.
Taste – Same notes from the nose, with flavors of lemon grass, papaya,
green peppers, strawberry, and red apple.
Palate – Light malt body with a clean hop bitterness.
Overall – An easy drinking beer with great hop flavoring, without having an overly
intense hop character.
