February 14th, 2015 - This is one of the most curious collaborations I've ever seen, crossing unexpected borders both geographically and culinarily. With a tangy scent, I have a hard time getting a bead on what I'm smelling at first, but then realize it is a dead ringer for a punch, with tons of cranberry and light tropical fruit smells. The taste is even more bewildering, beginning with the savory tang of Worschestire sauce and ending with a floral, mushroom and soapy medley. There's also the fresh and salty savoriness of scallops, with the light meaty sweetness of shrimp, as well. It's insanity in a glass, though I find that as I acclimate to it I begin to enjoy it more and more.
