Sierra Grille, Northampton, MA on Cask.
A- Dark brown body I can imagine comes from the coffee. A small tan head with cask retention. Foamy ring, a few sheets of frothy lace and spots after the top.
S- Straight up coffee grounds in a french press off the top borderline dominating. Toasty earthy cinnamon spice, cocoa and slight roastiness.
T- Once again, coffee is by far the most prominent character in the brew. Cinnamon notes come next like the earthy sticks with a woody spicy note like Xocoveza. Cocoa powder, bitter, rounds it out.
MF- Flat cask body with a medium overall thickness and a slick oily feel from the coffee. A few bubbles with a bitter dark roast finish.
Coffee and cinnamon run the show with basically no Arrogant Bastard left behind. Roasty cocoa behind the dark roast, massive flavorful coffee.
