Poured from a growler into an 8oz stemmed glass.
Appearance – Clean Golden yellow with a nice white foam.
Nose – Intense aroma with tropical fruit, peaches, passion fruit, garlic, and mushroom soil.
Taste – Notes carry over from the nose with more fruit character of passion fruit, lemon zest, along with some composted orange peel, garlic, and herbs.
Palate – Orange peel bitterness with a clean finish.
Overall – The 11th Liberty Station Single Hop beer. A fairly new American hop with a high alpha of 15.3%. Interesting hop to say the least. The aroma throws you off at first being really intense with fruits, garlic, and soil, but the flavor is very enjoyable with passion fruit and orange peel. Kind of sauvignon blanc like.
