Poured from a growler into an 8oz stemmed glass.

Appearance – Clean Golden yellow with a nice white foam.
Nose – Stone fruit, peaches, dried apricot, lemon zest, floral, herbal, and earthy.
Taste – Nose carries over with orange zest, canned peaches, and herbal spices.
Palate – Well rounded beer with a nice lingering bitterness.
Overall – The 10th Liberty Station Single Hop beer. This one is a type of German American hybrid that is very similar to Saaz. Upfront peach and citrus zest aroma followed by bitter orange and canned peaches. Very nice single hop.
