Poured from a growler into an 8oz stemmed glass.
Appearance – Clean Golden yellow with a nice white foam
Nose – Blueberries, honey dew, peaches, jasmine tea, with some tropical fruit and other stonefruits.
Taste – Nose carries over with more fruit: mango, guava, tangerine, and blue berry yogurt.
Palate – well rounded beer with an enjoyable hop bitterness and flavor.
Overall – The 12th Liberty Station Single Hop beer. Still in the testing phase for its name, the HBC 342 comes from the same program that brought you fan favorites, Citra, Mosiac, and equinox. This hop delivers something new with intense berries and tropical fruit.
