Tried in a flight during Stone's annual 4/20 Tap Takeover at Limerick's in Alhambra, CA.
Great abbey Ale with an overwhelming Apple profile, balanced with booze. Very similar to Anvil Bourbon Cider. Extremely smooth, even body. Comfortable carbonation, great deep golden color.

Stronger flavor than the Cali-belgique red wine barrels, but still hard to tell apart. Some spices, fruit, tartness, and Belgian tinge.
