April 16th, 2015 - This is a slightly dank and hoppy brew, with lemon-line, ginger and a slight body odor funk given this a complicated and spicy perfume. To the eye it is profoundly clear and nut colored, with a velvety cylinder of foam coating the glass, and a slightly more pearly head sitting on the brew. On the tongue the profile is a little stripped of sweetness but recovers somewhat by the finish. Instead it is mostly acidic and bitter, featuring prominent grapefruit notes and accessorized with some bitter lemon pith.
