May 12th, 2015 - I wish I tracked the story behind the Dry Rub IPA, but I missed it entirely. But as it stands, it is a sweeter brew, with a nice clarity and a sweet smell of honey and white grape. The flavor is even sweeter, and then desiccates quickly with a hit of cayenne pepper. It's a rough whiplash of flavors but quite tasty in taster sized volumes.
