Served at the Escondido location.
Salty and fruity (peachy) aroma with wheat.
Taste has a decidely smoky quality at the finish that is a surprising departure from the wheat, salt and fruitiness that I otherwise taste.
Tart level is up there but never becomes sour and it retains a full mouthfeel and colorful carbed feel. The finish is an interesting dry feel that is somewhat salty but also ashtray-like. As a smoked beer lover, I enjoy this, but it might mislead some so-called gose drinkers.
