On tap at Newhall Refinery in Newhall, CA.
Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of citrus fruit, citrus juice, citrus zest, and earth aromas. Taste is much the same with lime juice, lime zest, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer with the finger limes adding a super concentrated lime flavor that make this one super tasty.
Serving type: on tap.
