On tap at the Stone Company Store in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a clear golden-yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, earth, and grass aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, grass, and earth flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that reminds me more of a pilsner than a pale ale.
Serving type: on tap.
