Served from growler – thanks bro!
Notes from 11/24/15
A nice little hoppy session that brings little to fault but also little to write home about
Light caramel amber, golden-honey appearance. Mostly clear with a smallish egg white foam cap that slips back down into the glass after a few short moments. Light tracking of splashy lace lands alongside the glass walls. The nose is bright with citrus fruit zest, grapefruit, tangerine, and some mild mango tropicals and flora. There is a mild touch of dank weed and pine mixed in as well. Some firm malt cracker here too. Flavor is packed full of some nice fresh citrusy hops with pronounced grapefruit and lesser tropical notes, as well as a bit of stemmy herbal dankness to it. I get a healthy amount of hop bitterness to this given its small stature and some lightly toasted cracker. Body is a tad thin and watery as expected. Nice crisp dryer though with some soft lingering residuals left on the palate.
I think this may have been a one off for a reason. Almost get the feeling they screwed up a batch of Go To and ended up with still a half-way decent brew. Just Let It Go man….

On tap at Escondido during San Diego Beer Week, this is one delicious drinkable beer and an all around amost perfect IPA.
Pours a crystal clear gold with a pure white head.
Nose is super assertive, fresh, clean and inviting pineapple and sweet hop tones.
Mouth feel is almost perfect. A little low on carbonation (which I like) makes this one almost taste like a cask offering. Great balance.
Flavor profile is all fresh, clean and crisp honeyed hop bitter. Citrus tones, bright pine, and a mixture of the best of bitter hop characteristics. You want to just keep drinking this one.
Finish is lemon/lime skin bitter and very long lasting.
