On tap at the Stone Company Store in Pasadena, CA.

Described as a sour beer with rose hips and cranberries.

Pours a murky reddish-orange with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is sour with grain, cranberry, floral, earth, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with sour cranberry, berry juice, floral, and acidic flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and dry mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink, but its quite sour in the taste.

Serving type: on tap.
