L - Deep brown - nearly black, but there's a good amount of mahagony peeking around the edges with a tan head that sticks around leaves a thin cap behind.
S - Lots of bitter hops and roasted malt on the nose along with some dark fruit notes.
T - Roasted malt up front along with some bitter/grassy hops followed by notes of dark chocolate, dark fruits, Belgian spices and yeast. Some charred oak and rye and slight peat as well.
F - Full bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Smooth, creamy, but a little crisp.
O - A really well done, complex brew. Stone's Berlin series is truly something special.

Viscous black with tan crust. 4
Ash, green oily hops, some rubbery phenols. 3.75
Char, pine tar, some dank, a touch of molasses, a ton of black pepper, slight coffee, and maybe some more rubber. 3.75
Medium, sticky, round. 4
Sweet, but cleans up. Still not very Belgian, though. The 10% is nicely hidden, but is it worth it? Underwhelming, altogether. 3.75

The beer pours a nice looking tan head that has a slight blackish hue to it. The beer itself is a really nice purplish black color to it and looks rally nice for the style.
The smell is pretty good and has some interesting notes for an imperial black ale. The smell has a good mix of a slight roastness and dark chocolate with some good Belgian spice notes and contrast well with the bitter, floral hop notes in the beer. The smell also seems to be peppered with grains and rye that give a nice spiceness to it.
The taste is similar to the smell in that has a slightly roasted grain note with rye spiceness contrasted by a good floral notes to it. The beer finishes with a light bitter roast note and slight creaminess.
The feel is good. It has a heavy body with as very creamy feel to it. The carbonation is biting and finishes surprisingly dry.
Overall, this a pretty fantastic beer and good for the style. This is definitely one of the best collaboration I've had.

Poured from a magnum into a tulip glass. Very cool magnum bottle and Stone artwork... emphasis on Berlin. #3 in Stone's Berlin 'Collaboration' series.
L: Dark black pour. 2 fingers of foamy tan head. Great lacing.
S: Dark roasted grains... Rye and spice.
T/F: Follows the nose... roasted grains, a bit of char/bitterness. Some coffee presence. Hoppy... pine and resin with some spiciness from the rye. More grains... tends to the evergreen but with a little bit of floral character. Medium in body and well carbonated. Finish is bitter roast.
O: A very nice Imperial Black IPA... I love Brewdog... I love Stone.... and they got together to make something special. I'd have this again any time.
