April 24th, 2015 - The bouquet on this calm dram of beer is most akin to a luxurious latrine, perfumed for guests at a three-star Michelin restaurant. Floral with rose petals, it's like I am taking a relaxed walk through Huntington Gardens. The hop profile is only just barely evident in the flavor, with a little sage and more of a clean palate and soapiness. (w/Jarrylo)
