Light brown, dark amber color. Clear. Small head but it leaves a blanket of lace.
Creamy with a semisweet caramel aroma. Any hop present is difficult to pick up.
The flavor mimics the smell except the hop is strong enough to provide balance. Good body and moderate effervescence. I get darker, almost earthy flavors in the aftertaste along with white pepper hop finish.

This is a blend made for The Ginger Man anniversary. It's a double dry hopped blend of 15% ale and 85% lager.
It was an enjoyable beer.
