An intriguing and I'd say overall successful pilot. Sweet aroma predominantly of chocolate, but with a distinct aroma of strawberry shortcake. Subtle but pleasing. Fairly thin body, but a pretty strong coffee flavor balanced with a sharp sweetness that is pleasant, but slightly overpowering. Still a good beer, definitely a unique combo for a Stone Stout!
