Da Boss had a 16 0z sampling today for $7.50. i tried the initial 3 oz sample with her and finished the last 4 oz.
Beer was served brown with a decent off white head.
Nose was malty and slightly sweet.
Taste was coconut over a toasted malt base with was decently hopped to balance things out.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and fairly smooth.
Overall this was a pretty decent brew. Coconut was not evident in the initial sample until after i had two hoppy brews - very interesting!
