Tried at the Stone Napa location. Pours a golden yellow. Bright, with a clear white cap. Nice light aroma. Dank, sticky, some citrus notes. Bracingly hoppy. I liked it.

Tasted in a pint glass from draft at O'Toole's on July 24, 2018. Brewed with Idaho 7 and New Zealand Southern Cross hops. Notes of citrus fruit, pine and dank hops.

Had this at the Stone tap takeover for BeerNV's 3rd anniversary party. Was probably my favorite beer of the evening. Pours a light yellow that is familiar to anyone who has had Societe's world class ipa's. Solid 1/2" white head on top. Aroma kicked down a medley of proprietary hops, seemed pretty familiar, would guess that Amarillo or Mosaic helping out some Citra, just had all of the usual excellent type of aromas, pine, citrus, tropical, ganja.
Taste was easy going light pale toasted malt body draped in hops all over it, not excessively bitter, that typical excellent Societe dryness to the beer. Light bodied, fully hopped. Alcohol covered up well. The body nor hops were sticky, just a great deal of levity to this except for the flavor. They went with a unique set of experimental hops on this one, really dig these Southern Cross hops, they're like a new Chinook pine vibe but with more dankness. It totally works, and bonus points for going beyond the Citra/Mosaic trend, while I love those hops, its ubiquitous at this point.
While it seems Stone isn't en vogue these days for beer nerds (screw their pioneering ways!) don't sleep on this one, its great stuff.

L: Had this on-tap at Capital Ale House - Innsbrook, poured into a snifter glass. Had a yellow-orange color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Fair lacing.
S: A very good aroma of hops, citrus and tropical fruits, pine, and malt.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (barely noticeable), a decent shot of pine, lots of hops (borders on too much), some of citrus (grapefruit), and a bit of tropical fruit (guava, mango). A big flavor that pushes its boundaries. There's a slight dankness to it, but the high hops content checks it. On the whole, pretty tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: There are some rough spots with this beer, but it's still enjoyable. Quite drinkable.

On tap in a 10oz snifter at Beerhead in Elmhurst, IL. A little lighter/fainter than I was expecting. Like smelling pot being smoked down the hall.
