Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 22 fl oz bottle on August 3, 2018. Brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. Notes of citrus and tropical fruit and dank resinous hops.

L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a coppery color and a hazy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of hops, tropical fruit, malt, citrus, and pine.
T: Tasted of a tinge of malt (only in the finish), light pine resin notes (not overly noticeable), lots of hops (not too much), some tropical fruit (passion fruit), and citrus peel (orange). A steady and well-balanced kind of flavor. It's definitely a hoppy beer, but not one note. Lots of fruit to balance things out. Quite tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a very sharp, clean finish. Medium-bodied.
O: While this isn't a groundbreaker, it's well made and tasty. Drinkable.

Copper penny colored with an inch of frothy and densely packed beige head. The aroma is of bitter orange peel and onions. I'm tasting that very bitter orange and onion hop barrage. I do get some light malt in the back of the palate. The mouth is very resinous and lightly sticky from the bitter hops. I'm pretty sure Incognito are not my favorite hops strain.

Picked up a bomber from the Craft Beer Quick Stop cooler on 4-22-18. Bottled on 3-2-18; Enjoy By Date 6-15-18. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured golden orange with a beautiful white head that has some great hang time.
Nose is citrusy and tropical forward.
Taste is a nod to the classic west coast style. A fairly big pale and caramel malt base provide some notes of biscuits and toast. Hop flavors coming thru are primarily orange and grapefruit with some passion fruit and gooseberry. Finish is a healthy dose of citrus rind.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.
Overall i believe this is one of Stone's better IPA's i have had in the last five years. Interesting technology they have employed for the good of the imbiber.
