A: Pale yellow in color with a bit of haze from the yeast, and a small white head.
S: Nice tartness with notes of almond, and apricot. A touch of earth in the finish.
T: Nice tartness with a touch of apple cider vinegar. Apricot with hints of tropical fruit, and a stone fruit finish.
M: Medium light with delicate carbonation. Not a lot of pucker in the finish, slightly dry though with a little slickness.
O: Overall a pretty delightful beer.. a good combination of sweet and sour, with some interesting stone fruit flavors as well. I could do with a bit higher carbonation.
