App: nice strawberry red color. Very minimal head retention or lacing. Quite opaque.
Nose: clean yeasty blackberry and sharp currant.
Taste: perfect mouthfeel with a sour jammy wave of dark berry. Just the right amount of Brett.

A: A red amber in color, close to the color of cranberry juice, with a small white head that dissipates almost immediately.
S: Tart up front with hints of dark fruit and berries. Some light earthiness with some wood aroma, perhaps some nut aroma.
T: Tart up front with hints of cranberries, and a bit of a toasted flavor as well. A bit of a light malt and caramel finish in the flavor.
M: Medium light in body with moderate to higher carbonation, and a dry finish that still has a sweet linger.
O: A quite interesting beer. Sweet, sour, with some toasted wood notes.. interesting.
