On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy pale yellow colour, large white head. Nice fruity aroma of kveik and hops. Juicy and zesty flavour (but tastes more like beer than pure juice), very refreshing. Moderate bitterness. I really liked this one.

Pours a clear, pale straw coloration with a large, foamy head and slightly visible carbonation. Smell is quite subdued, with equally light sweet malt, hoppy tropical/citrus notes and yeast esters coming through. Taste follows the nose, with a somewhat weak balance of biscuity malt, hoppy tropical/citrus notes of mango, guava, tangerine and estery yeast notes of tart green apple and clove, as well as a hint of hay. Finishes with a very light bitterness and tartness and some yeast esters lingering in the aftertaste. Thin mouthfeel with a light body and medium carbonation.
This feels like an attempt to cross an IPA with a Farmhouse Ale that fails to fall into place due to weak aromas, a poor balance of flavors and somewhat thin and watery body/mouthfeel. While it's not terrible as such, it really struggles to find its center and just doesn't work out all that well.
