Pours a slightly cloudy pale gold, straw, coloration with a medium, foamy head. Smells of light doughy malt, and quite grassy, citrus hops, with a certain herbal note as well. Taste follows the nose, with some light doughy malts and quite grassy and herbal hops in the foreground, as well as notes of grapefruit, gooseberry and peach. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some gooseberry and herbal notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.

A very nice Pale Ale with quite distinct grassy and herbal notes from the Polaris hops, as well as some fruity accents and a nice, dry and bitter finish. A little lacking in the mouthfeel/body department, but really not too bad for the ABV.
