We brewed our first IPA in 1997 (or what we now call ‘ancient history’). In actual real history, India Pale Ales had already traveled from the fringes to the mainstream in the 1800’s before falling into the obscurity of time. Yet, in the youthful exuberance of our young brewery, we went all in, and helped both speed up the recognition of the historic style and lock in its place in the present...and perhaps even future. This IPA is a tribute to all the IPAs that came before it, and those that will come next.

Great tasting IPA, full of flavor smooth hop bitterness and light medium body. I can drink this all day. World class in my opinion. This is the perfect Summertime ipa, I like what they did to this beer I hope they keep brewing it.

Imagine a beer so lackluster that you don’t even want to write a review about it. That’s this beer. It’s not that it’s terrible, but Stone, what the hell? You can’t be all braggadocio as Stone is, then put out this back up kicker of a beer.
