On draught from brewery shop & garden on Kettner Blvd, San Diego.
L: Opaque, blood orange with green edging. Small, short-lived head reduces to nothing.
S: Raspberry vinegar.
T: Blueberry, raspberry, gooseberry, white wine vinegar. Sourness is gentle and almost sweet, more of a tang.
F: Light body, dry finish.
O: A really interesting sour. Plentiful fruit but the blueberry keeps everything in check. Not too sour, not to sweet, not too dry.
