Appearance: Quite dense soft orange with a very faint red hue. Very little head retention or lacing. Almost like an orange tinted apple cider in color.
Nose: Peanuts, wheat and brett at first. then a tiny bit of strawberry at the end. A very mild lemony wheat finish.
Taste: Acidity is very well balanced. Bitterness is super minimal. Its incredible how the peanut butter comes through and then finishes off with strawberry tartness and flavor. Expertly brewed, wow.
Note to self: : Noa is 9 months and Charlie is now 3. Noa's front teeth are coming in and Charlie is finishing his first year of preschool.
