Cask conditioned and poured out of a cask. One off according to stone guys. Described as A coriander pale ale with no name

A-clear and amber in color. Very nice
S-very unique. Smell coriander and hops. They blend very well together
T-brillant blend of an ingredient (coriander) i have never liked and one that i love. Citurs hops are great with the coriander. Was off put by the price at first ($8 a sniffer), but def worth it.
M-medium body and very smooth. Nice hops after taste.
D-very drinkable. My sniffer was gone in no time

Sampled on tap at the Blue Palms Brewhouse in Los Angeles.

A - Golden with a large, creamy white head.

S - A mild coriander aroma with some floral hops coming through as well. The spice wasn't overpowering.

T - A nice balanced beer with the coriander blending well with the hops and malts. I'm not a big spiced beer fan but I went with this because it was the cask selection. It turned out to be good (though I'm not sure it needed the coriander).

M - I love a cask presentation and this one fits perfectly.

D - This was a good beer that flowed down very easily.

day 3 at NERAX 2009

clear, classic amber. bubbly, sudsy head gradually fades to ring. not really much lace.

moderate pine and citrus zest aromas but with that herbal, spicy twang from the coriander. caramel base with fruity esters.

taste: both hoppy pine/citrus and caramel maltiness, with that coriander spice kick, mixing with the moderate bitterness of the hops, faintly lingering into the finish.

light, not too thin, very smooth, with the faintest touch of resinous texture in the finish. mild, low carbonation still helps provide lift to the flavors.

interesting. have this with food. otherwise the coriander gets slightly annoying.
