L - Pitch opaque black with a creamy light tan head that dissipates somewhat fast leaving behind a thin cap and some lacing
S - Roasted malt, slight hops, oak, some bourbon - faint though
T - Roasted dark malts, dark fruits, molasses, oak, slight bourbon, some dark chocolate
F - full bodied with light to medium carbonation
O - a decent, old school imperial stout, though I'm not sure the barrel age does much for it

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours black with light brown head. The nose is quite subtle. Not picking up much, other than a faint note of roasted malts and a bit of chocolate. For 11%, I'm a bit surprised.
The taste is much better than the nose. Still getting some nice layer of roasted malts, definitely getting the bourbon, and also getting notes of vanilla, chocolate, raisins, and a bit of toffee.
Body is relatively thin for what it should be, and the intensity of flavor is a tad lower than expected. Good for sure.
