Overpowering minty green tea flavor. The aroma is very nice. If you like high grav beers and green tea this definitely for you. I am not a huge fan of green tea but felt this was worth a shot. Certainly a good, strong IPA but I am not a fan of the melding between green tea and beer.

Another great combo. Love the green tea after taste.

On tap at Haven Gastropub in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a murky orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, green tea, fruity aromas, wine, and wood. Taste is much the same with an alcohol kick and a woody finish. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
