A: Brown, ruby color with minimal head.
S: Banana bread aromas.
T: Molasses, brown sugar, banana, and plum flavors.
M: Really sweet and slightly warming, but ultimately more sweet.
O: Interesting how the oak aging brought out different flavors, and liked it slightly better.
