This remains one of the best beers over tried, and lives on in lore among the few who tried. First sip to last was phenomenal. Would enjoy if this collab was brought back or reproduced again, even if on a limited basis.

12oz bottle from LambicPentameter (thanks!). Bottled 8/18/16. Served in a Barrel and Barley teku.
Pours an opaque peach hued amber with about a finger and a half cap of ecrue head. The froth settles to spotty clouds on the surface, a narrow crown and some smallish clumps of lace.
Aromas of melon, mango, orange and berries greet my senses. Smells simply outstanding and I keep coming back for additional whiffs in between sips.
Flavor opens up with a dank, bitter blast of hop oils. Mango, peach, mandarin oranges, berry seeds, pine, flower petals, caramel and a healthy bite of booze. An excellent blend of hop flavor.
Oily, slick medium full body with pleasantly subdued yet enough carbonation to keep it from feeling dead. Aftertaste continues that delicious and pleasantly bitter mixture of tropical, citrus and berry-like hops.
Quadtum Leap is a fantastic collaboration between Darkhorse and Revelry. I enjoy their tongue-in-cheek labeling of the style as a "quadruple session" IPA. Outstanding blend of hop flavor that I would welcome to my fridge at any time.
